As if 2020 wasn’t interesting enough, Halloween night feel on the same evening as a “Blue Moon.” Costumes were seen from the French Quarter to the socially distanced neighborhood streets, where there were even a few trick-or-treaters. Here’s a look at Halloween 2020 in New Orleans.
