Since the gyms have been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve had to find new workout routines. Running along the levee, YouTube workouts, living room yoga… we’re trying to make sure all this take-out and home cooking isn’t putting on the pounds!
Here’s some suggestions to help you make the most of your at home workouts!
