There is a lot that the fans are missing, the food, the view of Downtown Pittsburgh from PNC park and… free shirt Friday.
Even if you haven’t heard of Free Shirt Friday, you’ve probably seen a Free Shirt Friday T-shirt around town. For certain Friday home games, everyone who comes to PNC Park gets a T-shirt. Over the past few years, there have been some great designs (and some boring ones). Here is a look at the Free Shirts Friday T-shirts that were planned for the 2020 season.

So, that got me thinking about Pirates T-shirts. I thought I’d take a look to see what sorts of vintage Pirates T-shirts I could find on eBay.
The best vintage Pittsburgh Pirates T-shirts on eBay
I really enjoyed looking up vintage Pirates T-shirts on eBay. There are some great T-shirts from the 70s, and I have a hard time thinking of the 90s as vintage, but I guess I’m that old. I also included a few with images of Three Rivers Stadium because I’m old enough to have seen more than a few games there, too. I’ve included the locations for all of the sellers. I think it is pretty impressive that most of these shirts made their way to cities far from Pittsburgh. Some of my favorites ones on this list are under $20.
