Join us Thursday, March 14th from 6-8pm at East End Brewing’s Julius St. location for Pi(e) Squared, our pi day celebration!
We have arranged some SWEET deals. Up to two slices of pie from our friends at Piebird, as well as your first beer of the evening, at the ridiculous price of $3.14 apiece. We’re not mathematicians, but we’ve calculated that this is almost half off regular prices.
But because PI is infinite and PIE is not, tickets are required to lock in this deal. If you want a piece of this action, grab your tickets here: https://bit.ly/2ETXhE4

Learn about Pi while you eat pie
Are you totally enthusiastic about PIE, but the mention of PI gives you sweaty-palm flashbacks to the failing grade you received in middle school math class? Don’t worry, thanks to our friends at Astronomy on Tap, we’ve got a special guest coming to explain “Pi in Five” – a crash course in all things pi.
What’s Pi Day?
Founded in 1988 by physicist Larry Shaw, Pi Day is a nationally recognized, annual celebration of the mathematical sign pi. March 14 (3/14) represents the first three digit of pi and is also, coincidentally, Albert Einstein’s birthday.
Pi(e) Squared Details
Date: Thursday, March 14
Time: 6-8pm
Location: East End Brewing on Julius Street
Cost: Free to attend, but you must pre-order your pie and beer to get the pi price.
What to know:
On-street parking is limited at East End’s Larimer locale. Try to avoid parking in front of the electric transformer station. Avoid using the Sherwin-Williams lot on weekdays, too. Pro Tip: If it’s packed, parking along Frankstown Ave. is free and usually widely available. If you’re gonna bus it, catch the 86 or the 77 for a proximal stop. Belly full of pie and beer? Don’t forget that you can press that that Lyft or Uber app.
