The Mattress Factory is a museum that specializes in site-specific installation artwork. The museum was founded by Barbara Luderowski in 1977. Baraba Lukerowski continued to serve as co-director of the museum until she passed away in 2018.
According to the museum’s Facebook page, the Mattress Factory will offer free admission on Sunday, May 19, 2019, in honor of Barabara Luderowski.
Regular museum admission is $20/adult. Northside residents who live in 15212, 15214 and 15233 pay 1/2 price admission. Anyone with an Acess card is able to visit the admission for a $1/person.
