What: Sheriff Marlin Gusman’s Easter Egg Hunt

Where: Starts at Landry Walker High School, ends at McDonough Playground
Price: Free
Since the cancellation of Downtown Super Sunday last week, Westbank Super Sunday will be the last time to see the Black Masking Indians up close. Click here for more information.
What: Thai New Year and Food Festival
When: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Where: Wat Wimuttayaram Buddhist Temple of Louisiana, Inc.
Price: Free
This annual celebration will begin with worship and presentations of alms and food to the monks, as well as a ceremony of watering the sacred statue of Buddha and blessing of the lay people at 1 p.m. A range of Thai food will be at various vendors. Click here for more information.
